Wideslab is available (in solid or cored) in varying depths to suit your load/span requirements. Specification: 1200mm wide x 75mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm and 250mm deep. Reduced widths also available. Cores are provided using polystyrene formers which remain in the unit. This avoids the need for drainage holes in the soffit. The method of manufacture lends itself to varying standard details such as providing solid ends, notched ends, cantilevers, splays, holes etc., which can be formed during manufacture. The units are placed into position using
the cast in lifting sockets, grout (3:1 sand:cement) is used to fill the
joints between the units or should a structural topping be required then
these are filled in conjunction with the placing of the topping. |
