What is small
works?
Over 4 years ago we saw the need for a service that would provide beam and block flooring
quickly for projects, from small extensions to merchant sales. We have
heard 'horror' stories of customers trying to manage small projects and
having their order overlooked by other suppliers as they focus on mass
produced orders. We use a one point of contact philosophy to manage your
initial enquiry through to delivery which includes for design! Many
companies have now tried to offer this service but our Small Works
Manager, Tim Young has managed this division since its inception and we
are proud of the high number of repeat customers we receive due to our
good service.
What is the lead
time?
We manufacture 150mm beam and block to stock sizes so in many cases
we are able to provide very short lead times using our wide ranging stock (we have achieved next day
delivery on several occasions!). Our lead times include for design time, are
honest and in most cases your order can be processed and delivered within
one week, without compromising quality, safety or service.
