Small Works Meets With Client Approval

The small works section of the company has expanded rapidly over the last year (with customer numbers doubling in 2007 compared with 2006) and a lot of customers returning for further orders. Our rapid response and short lead times have helped smaller builders to attain the products they require.

Environmental Standards - April 2006

We achieved ISO 14001:2004 standard after a lot of valuable effort by all our staff.

Its not just from a business point of view that the decision to embark on this journey to accreditation was taken; but a willingness from Senior Management within the DBS Group to improve in a bid to help the environment.



In effect to ‘do our bit’, some of the changes we have made are practical as seen here in this photo of storage tanks (in our drainage channels area), but others are 'ideals'.  We have held several ‘toolbox talks’ with our staff explaining how the environment globally needs to improve and how by each individual doing their bit, home and at work, we can start to improve the environment, for ourselves and for the future.
