Carter Concrete is a BS EN ISO 9001:2000 Registered Company, part of the Pre-cast Flooring Federation and holds an Investors in People certification.

Achieving quality improvement requires all employees to concentrate on improvements in all aspects of work within their areas.  The company has an active and on-going training programme in place to ensure that everyone understands that teamwork is essential, communication and understanding underpin all our work and prevention not detection is central to strategic policy.

By ensuring that staff continually focus on these principles, Carter Concrete are developing a company culture where everyone contributes to improved quality and can feel proud of the products and service they offer every customer.

Carter Concrete have set up a quality improvement team whose purpose is to plan and implement the quality process and who report directly to the General Manager.  At regular intervals the members of the team change, so a new team can bring fresh ideas to the process.  The team is drawn from all areas of the company.

Carter Concrete achieved ISO 14001:2004 in April 2006, following improvements made to environmental procedures and policies.  Carter Concrete continue to be at the forefront of accreditation, ensuring customer satisfaction.
